CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY IS AMONG THE TOP 100 UNIVERSITIES IN VIETNAM, ACCORDING TO WEBOMETRICS

Webometrics is the largest academic ranking of Higher Education Institutions since 2004. As of 2020, the ranking provides web indicators for more than 30000 universities worldwide, with 14369 universities in Asia and 176 universities in Vietnam. Throughout 16 years of evaluating universities around the world, Webometrics is renowned for reliability. The  indicators and methodology of the Webometrics ranking are as follow:

 

Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy is ranked at the 89^th position of the top 100 universities spanning all professions and fields in Vietnam. Notably, in the healthcare providence, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy is at the 4^th highest position, only behind Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hanoi University of Medicine, and Hanoi University of Pharmacy. This honorable recognization motivates the continuous efforts of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, on the mission to become a center of education and scientific research in Medicine and Healthcare Sciences, in the Mekong Delta.
