The main points of the Memorandum of Understanding are the coordination of training well-qualified human resources in healthcare and collaborating in scientific research activities, technology transfer, and community service in the field of health sciences.
During this signing ceremony, the two Universities also held a seminar on "Sharing experiences in university management under the autonomy mechanism" with speakers from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
