The Mahasarakham University, established as a Thai public university in 1994, is located in the northeastern region of the nation. This multi-disciplinary training center focuses on the fields of humanities, health science, applied science, and education. With 17 faculties and two colleges, the university has been recognized as one of Thailand's fastest growing to become one of the top 20 universities in Thailand based on the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities.
