To prepare for the official conference next year, The Third ASEAN PharmNET Dean Forum with the theme "Sharing experience in developing interprofessional education (IPE) in pharmacy training for community service" was held at Bandung School of Pharmacy of the Bandung Institute of Technology in Bandung City, Indonesia from November 28 to November 29, 2018. Attendees of the forum were from the Gadjah Mada University of Indonesia, the National University of Malaysia, the Taylor University of Malaysia, the San Agustin University Iloilo of Philippines, the Mahidol University of Thailand, etc.
This is the first time Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy had an opportunity to participate in the forum as a member of ASEAN Pharmaceutical Schools Network. Assoc.Prof. Duong Xuan Chu, Dean of Pharmacy Faculty and Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Van, Deputy Head of the Scientific Research and International Cooperation Office who had received the invitation from Prof. Daryono Hadi Tjahjono, Chairman of The Third ASEAN PharmNET Forum, attended the event with the following activities: welcoming delegates, discussing the IPE, and visiting the beautiful city of Bandung.
