With the aim of expanding cooperation with partners in Europe, on May 7, 2026, a delegation from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP), led by Prof. Nguyen Trung Kien – Rector, along with representatives from various faculties and units of the University, visited, worked with, and exchanged cooperation at the School of Health Technology, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.

DTU is one of the leading technical universities in Northern Europe and Europe, renowned for its multidisciplinary research in engineering, natural sciences, and medical technology. The working session took place at the IDUN (Intelligent Drug Delivery and Sensing Using Microcontainers and Nanomechanics) Research Center – a research center of excellence funded by the Danish National Research Fund and the Villum Foundation, within the Department of Drug Delivery and Sensing, School of Health Technology, Technical University of Denmark.
The delegation listened to and discussed areas of academic and research cooperation with Prof. Dr. Anja Boisen – Director of the Center, Dr. Maria Svendsmark Hansen – Scientific Coordinator, and several leading professors at the Center.
