Ngày 17 tháng 04 năm 2025, Khoa Y học Cổ truyền, Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ, đã tổ chức thành công hội thảo khoa học cấp khoa với chủ đề “Ứng dụng Xoa bóp, Thiền trong hỗ trợ Chăm sóc sức khoẻ”. Hội thảo đã giúp nâng cao kiến thức cho các bạn học viên và sinh viên, tạo cơ hội để trao đổi kinh nghiệm và cập nhật những phương pháp hỗ trợ chăm sóc sức khỏe hiệu quả cho các cán bộ y tế.
Trong khuôn khổ hội thảo, các báo cáo viên đã trình bày những nghiên cứu và ứng dụng cụ thể của Xoa bóp và Thiền trong điều trị và hỗ trợ sức khỏe. Cụ thể tập trung vào các nội dung:
- Hiệu quả của Xoa bóp bấm huyệt trong giảm đau đầu do căng thẳng.
- Hiệu quả của bấm huyệt Tam âm giao đối với chứng đau bụng kinh.
- Ảnh hưởng của bấm huyệt bàn chân đến mức độ đau và chức năng vận động ở bệnh nhân viêm khớp gối.
- Tác động của ngâm chân bằng thảo dược trong cải thiện giấc ngủ ở người cao tuổi.
Buổi thảo luận sau các bài báo cáo diễn ra sôi nổi, tạo điều kiện cho các hội thảo viên được trao đổi trực tiếp với báo cáo viên, đặt câu hỏi và cùng nhau tìm hiểu sâu hơn về các phương pháp Xoa bóp và Thiền.

On April 17, 2025, the Faculty of Traditional Medicine, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, successfully organized a department-level scientific conference on the theme: “Application of Massage and Meditation in Healthcare Support.” The conference not only enhanced knowledge for students and trainees but also provided an opportunity for healthcare professionals to exchange experiences and update effective healthcare support methods.
Within the conference framework, presenters delivered reports on specific research and applications of Massage and Meditation in treatment and healthcare support. Specifically, the conference focused on the following topics:
- The effectiveness of Tui Na (Therapeutic Massage) and acupressure in relieving tension headaches.
- The effectiveness of acupressure on the Sanyinjiao point for dysmenorrhea.
- The impact of foot acupressure on pain levels and motor function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
- The effects of herbal foot baths in improving sleep quality in elderly individuals.
The discussion sessions were lively, providing a platform for conference participants to interact directly with presenters, ask questions, and explore the methods of Massage and Meditation in greater depth.
